Thank you for your interest in renting the facilities at Emmanuel//Barrie. In order to facilitate the process, please fill in the rental request form below and we will be in touch with you regarding availability, cost and requirements.
Items of Note:
• The Ministries of Emmanuel are given first priority and therefore bookings can only be made in the 60 days prior to the event. Available times for events are Monday through Friday 9am to 10 pm and Saturday 9 am to 9:30 pm. The building is not available on Sundays
• As a Christian church, all public performances (word, music, etc.) must conform to the mission and values of Emmanuel//Barrie. Please refer to our Statement of Faith
• Our facility is a peanut/tree nut free environment. This is inclusive of all ministries, rentals and individuals.
• All rentals require a certificate of Liability Insurance for $2 million or for events over 500 people, $5 million.
Our Building use Manual will provide additional information and will be provided for all rentals.
Sample cost: Please note this is only a sample, each event will vary based on requirements and number of people. The certificate of liability is not included in these costs:
Weekday Meeting Room (20 people) - $150 +
After hours Meeting Room (20 people) - $250 +
Midsize Meeting (100 people) - $350 +
Kitchen usage - $200
Large events (500 people): $2,200+
