Cathy grew up in a pastor's family. She trusted Christ as her Saviour at an early age and went on to study at Moody Bible Institute, the University of Waterloo, and Dallas Theological Seminary. Cathy and Steve have served as missionaries in Africa. Their greatest joy is watching God impact their own three sons as well as the other kids and parents at Emmanuel.
