Chelen first started attending Emmanuel in 2003 with her husband Kevin, and 2 daughters. Emmanuel quickly became home and she began serving faithfully as a volunteer. Since early 2008, Chelen joined our staff working alongside the Missions Committee and as a cheerful helper around the office.
