Paul Kerr has recently retired from formal ministry here at Emmanuel, but we are delighted to announce that he will remain involved in Emmanuel as Pastor Emeritus. His history of service to the Lord is as follows: After an initial short ministry experience as an assistant Pastor at Forward Baptist Toronto, Paul's late wife, Mary and family arrived in India where he was acting superintendent of Kothara Leprosy hospital, then teacher at Calcutta Bible College and finally Pastor of an English-speaking congregation in Bangalore. Returning to Canada, after eight years as Senior Pastor at Forward Baptist Church Toronto, he became Director of FEB-International the Foreign Mission arm of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Canada. He has served Emmanuel well as 'Pastor of Visitation and Seniors at Emmanuel from 2006 - June 2010.
